3.2 One Account Per User. Each individual may register and maintain only one si6x Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. si6x is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of si6x is lawful in your jurisdiction. si6x does not warrant that the platform is available or legal in all locations. Users accessing si6x from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and legal responsibility.
Strict 21+ Policy: si6x enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to an individual under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds will be forfeited pending investigation.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. si6x strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
4.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. 4.4 si6x reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, suspected money laundering, or pending verification procedures.
All deposits on si6x are processed in PKR. Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the si6x cashier section. si6x does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must belong to the registered Account holder.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically reflected in your si6x balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times.

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be stated at the time the promotion is communicated.
6.2 Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Funds in your si6x account. Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Real Funds are always used first for wagering unless the player actively selects otherwise.

7.1 All bets and wagers placed on si6x are final once confirmed. si6x will not void or reverse a confirmed bet unless there is a manifest error (as defined in clause 7.3) or a clear technical fault on the part of the si6x platform.

7.3 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to a clearly incorrect price, a game malfunction, or an erroneous payout — si6x reserves the right to void all affected bets and transactions and restore Account balances to the state prior to the erroneous event.

10.3 Any unauthorised use of si6x intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action.
11.1 The si6x platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. si6x makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, si6x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
11.3 si6x's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 si6x is not liable for any loss arising from network failures, third-party payment processor delays, JazzCash or EasyPaisa service interruptions, or any force majeure event beyond si6x's reasonable control.
12.1 si6x collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using si6x, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14.4 Nothing in this clause limits your right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
